Use the guides below for Marketplace and Edit My Card. Each guide is separated so clients can follow one task at a time.
Open Marketplace
Open your XONE profile and tap Change Theme. The Marketplace opens with your client username attached automatically.
Choose Background Themes or Button Packs
Use the top tabs to switch between Background Themes and Button Packs, then browse All, Free, Paid, Seasonal, Blind Box, Promotions or Owned.
Preview a Product
Tap a theme or button pack to see its artwork, artist, price, promotion and current ownership status before you choose it.
Free or Already Owned
If the product is free or already owned by your card, apply it directly. Owned products can be switched back to again without paying a second time.
Paid Product
For a new paid product, follow the payment instructions and send the payment screenshot to XONE. The product remains locked until XONE confirms and unlocks it.
Apply Your Owned Design
After XONE unlocks the purchase, it appears in Owned. You can switch among your custom designs, purchased themes and purchased button packs at any time.
Open Edit My Card
Go to the Edit My Card page from the XONE main website or open this URL directly.

Enter the WordPress username and password linked to your XONE card. Austin opens Austin, Cody opens Cody, and Elle opens Elle.
Edit Your Information
Update your display name, profile photo, bio, phone, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook links, email, Discord, Line, Viber, Telegram and custom link.
Save Changes
Tap Save Changes. Only the card linked to the account you logged in with can be updated.
